1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that participation in any activity offered by XZALT Performance, including but notlimited to firearms familiarization, self-defense training, personal fitness, tactical simulations, and physical conditioning, involves inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to,physical exertion, equipment malfunction, injury from improper technique, exposure to training devices, slips, falls, bruises, strains, or other serious injuries. I voluntarily choose to participate, fully aware of these risks, and I assume all responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may result.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in XZALT Performance activities, I hereby waive, release, and discharge XZALT Performance, its owners, agents, instructors, affiliates, employees, and property owners from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation — whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Authorization

I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize XZALT Performance staff to seek medical attention on my behalf and agree to assume all associated costs.

4. Personal Conduct

I agree to follow all instructions, safety protocols, and facility rules. I understand that failure tocomply may result in my removal from class without refund.

5. Photo/Video Release

I grant XZALT Performance permission to use photographs, video, or audio recordings of me for training, marketing, or promotional purposes, without compensation.

6. Property & Equipment

I acknowledge that any equipment provided is for training purposes only. I agree to use it responsibly and accept financial responsibility for any intentional damage or loss.

7. Legal & Binding Effect

I understand this agreement is legally binding and applies to myself, my heirs, and assigns. If any part of this waiver is deemed unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in effect.
